  • Delivery charges quoted are for EU destinations only (except Extended Area`s), for deliveries under 3.0kg.

Extended Area`s

UPS provides a collection and delivery service in extended areas as well as urban areas. An additional charge applies for each shipment that is collected or delivered in an extended area. This charge can be found in the Additional Charges table. Take a look www.ups.com.

  • Lamp`s are normally dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday) of your payment being received.

Please ensure that you provide a delivery address where someone will be available between 9.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday to accept delivery.

Return shipments

Please note that in all circumstances a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number must be obtained before shipping the product back to us.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, which must not be defaced in any way, consequently, we reuquest that they should be shipped inside extra packaging (same additional package what we used when we delivered lamp to you).

If you have ordered wrong item by mistake, please contact our sales office to discuss your requirements. Returns of correctly supplied goods must be unused, undamaged, in the original packaging and carriage paid by the customer and may be subject to a restocking fee (at our discretion) to cover our expenses.

Important Notice: If you open the original package then lamp is not returnable, because we cannot re-sold it as new.

But if an incorrect item is shipped we will credit the lamp in full once returned.

Damaged in transit

If on Delivery the Goods appear to be visibly damaged you must notify the Carrier immediately that you will not accept Delivery or sign for as damaged otherwise you will forfeit your right to reject theGoods for visible damage. We recommend to take a picture of visible damage and send this file to us too.

If goods are damaged in transit, please keep all documentation and packaging and contact us within 24 hours of receipt for instructions.

Returns

  • Lamp antakse 1-2 tööpäeva jooksul transporti ettevõttele üle (üldjuhul UPS kuller). Tegevuse kiirendamiseks soovitame saata maksekorralduse koopia e-postiga.
  • Transpordile kuluv aeg ca 6 tööpäeva.

Ordering

Please make sure that you order the correct product (or lamp for your projector)! If you are uncertain as to whether or not you are ordering the correct item, please do not hesitate contact us for advice!

We can receive orders via the company web site or by e-mail using the contact methods published on our web site. We acknowledge receipt of your orders via an appropriate communication: For all type of orders are acknowledged by e-mail (we send you by e-mail an official invoice or order confirmation).

We reserve the right to refuse to accept orders or to require additional confirmation at our discretion.

Ordered in error

If you have ordered wrong item by mistake, please contact our sales office to discuss your requirements. Incorrect deliveries

We endeavor to provide correct information at all times, however, mistakes may occur and we can only be as good as the information given to us by the manufacturer. Should there be an error, we can take no responsibility for the consequent circumstances beyond rectifying the error.

But if an incorrect item is shipped we will credit the lamp in full once returned.

Damaged in transit

If on Delivery the Goods appear to be visibly damaged you must notify the Carrier immediately that you will not accept Delivery or sign for as damaged otherwise you will forfeit your right to reject theGoods for visible damage. We recommend to take a picture of visible damage and send this file to us too.

If goods are damaged in transit, please keep all documentation and packaging and contact us within 24 hours of receipt for instructions.
